I think that it bugged me the way our site was called "Kingdom Wikia" seemingly for good. If I knew how, I would've changed it to "Wiki" in its days where there wasn't much of a community to disturb. (I got pretty dictatorial with it between the time I adopted it & the time it got popular XD)
Good to know. I remember that our 1st logo was Kingdom Wiki, so I kind of understood you'd prefer that.
For the dictatorial vibes, it's more or less what I've been doing, except for times I had to ask people on Special:Contact to make some changes.
Btw that link on my OP, is now part of our old threaded forum (disabled since I had reactivated the original "Forum" namespace). It now goes for the wiki-style forum, and no more for that list of forum boards we're all used to. I had to do it because the forums extension were accumulating a few bugs and should be disabled on jan/2020.
Yeah, the context of the comment is certainly mysterious. But here's a clue: You know how sometimes you find clearings in a forest where you can build w/o clearcutting everything? Right now I'm wondering if you move your wall to a forest clearing, making an island of trees exist inside a Kingdom's walls, does it prevent deer from spawning?
I don't know if that's what I was thinking of back then. But it's what reading that now makes me think of.
The way I say "such a forest," I'm guessing that either I misunderstood the context I was placing the comment (whether written by me or not) or the sensible context was removed but the comment stayed.
Hey JavaRogers! I'm Emptylord, and I'm the Fandom Wiki Manager for Kingdom Wikia. I introduced myself on your Boards, but just wanted to drop you a message personally since you're one of the more active editors around here. Basically, if you have any questions relating to the wiki, I hope to be your first point of contact.
Hello! I would also like to apply for a larger role on the wiki, such as "administrator", or at least "content moderator". I don't know the requirements, but I think SapadorCastelo and I have pretty fruitful editting history on the wiki and I am confident in our sound judgement, as seen from our past decisions.
